Thoughts on dealing with life and affairs of the heart after a breakup
Most everyone goes through a breakup at some point in their lives. The end of a relationship is often a difficult time for many people. You feel lonely and lost. If it was a long relationship, you may feel like your whole world has been turned upside down and nothing makes sense anymore. Maybe you don’t even know where to turn or what to do to begin to get over the relationship or the ending of the relationship.
Release your negative feelings
Discussing your feelings about the breakup with another person may seem daunting at first, but if you have a friend or family member that you feel comfortable talking to about your negative feelings, go to them. If you don’t have anyone you feel you can go to about it, find a counselor to help you sort out your feelings. Talk about why you’re angry, sad, and/or upset. Just getting it off your chest may be a great way to release some stress and negativity.
Think positive
Oh yeah onje other thing..to help wash off the sins of past bad judgement
best way to deal with breakup
