How would you explain that they are not? I see them as works of art and since art can be of all forms, I see them as that. Do you agree? I love the pics.
I really don’t know.
There’s the work of the photographer, but what I love about these is the beauty of pretty women carrying some kind of innocence but losing their decency and making the sacrifice of their privacy.
The loss of innocence is a recurring and fascinating theme in cinema, eroticism and arts in general.
Some of these clearly qualify as porn though, whether they show passion or passiveness, but that doesn’t bother me. Porn means a sexual act captured on camera.
Otherwise, the debate over what is art and what is not annoys me, I try not to think about it. So while people are still discussing if eroticism, comics and video games are art, I still prefer the way Manara draws women, or games like Limbo over Andy Warhol, Joan Miró and Michael Bay.
